·              The Symposium will be held at the Adelaide Convention Centre, North Terrace, Adelaide.

·              Morning and afternoon teas and lunches will be served in or adjacent to the
         exhibitors’ area.

·              The Symposium sessions will be held Halls A & D.

Exhibition Stands

Each booth measures 3 m x 3 m and includes:

·              walls 2.4 m high, velcro compatible

·              a fascia board with the company name

·              2 (two) 150 watt spotlights

·              1 (one) 240 volt/1000 watt/4 amp power point.

The exhibition contractor, Adelaide Expo Hire, will provide details of additional furniture and display items that can be hired at a later date 

Each booth also includes a complimentary registration for one trade representative.  This includes:

·              morning and afternoon teas and lunches

·              1 (one) Cocktail Reception ticket

·              copy of the detailed program

·              entry to sessions.

Payment and Refunds

·              The cost of each 3 m x 3 m booth is A$3,000 , custom built booths are $2,750 each

·              More than one booth can be booked by each company – subject to availability.

·              Full payment for each booth is due upon booking to confirm the booth(s).

·              If a booking is cancelled before Monday 25 November 2007, the organisers   will retain a deposit of $250 and refund the balance.  There will be no refund after this date unless the space is sold to another exhibitor.

Shipping Instructions

Is it the responsibility of the exhibitor to make arrangements with local agents for the advance delivery, receipt and storage of display material.  All material must be clearly marked with the Symposium name and exhibiting company.  At the conclusion of the Symposium, all material is to be removed from the venue by 5.30 pm on Tuesday 27 May 2008 unless prior arrangements have been made with the venue to store goods there overnight for collection next day.  Set up will be Sunday 25 May – the exact move in time will be advised later.
