Platinum Sponsorship
A$40,000
There
is one platinum sponsorship package available.
The package includes:
·
Sponsorship of the Opening
and Closing Sessions on Monday 26 May, which would provide:
o
The Sponsor's name and logo
being projected at the start and finish of each
Session
o
The Sponsor's name being
associated with each Session in the programme
·
Priority choice of
exhibition space
·
The Sponsor's name and logo
on the Symposium satchel, in the most prominent position
·
Highest position for the
company name and logo on material, plus recognition as a ‘Platinum Sponsor’
·
Sponsor's name and logo on
Symposium web site, with link to Sponsor's home page [within one month of full
payment of sponsorship]
·
Up to 10 A4 pages of
material (provided by Sponsor) will be inserted into the satchel
·
Sponsor's name and logo
displayed in Symposium program as a Sponsor
In addition to the priority package listed above, the Sponsor will be entitled
to:
·
Nominate a speaker as part
of the opening speech ceremonies prior to Keynote speaker.
·
Nominate a speaker as part
of the speech ceremonies at the convention dinner.
·
A prominent table for up to
twelve (12) guests at the convention dinner.
·
Floor space for the SA Gov
stand including complimentary registration for ten trade representatives.
Each trade registration includes:
o
morning and afternoon teas
and lunches
o
1 (one) Cocktail Reception
ticket
o
Symposium satchel
o
copy of the detailed
program
o
entry to sessions.
The Sponsor will receive the following services:

The AOC and the Symposium
Secretariat will facilitate meetings between interested parties and the Sponsor
for the furthering of EW.
·
The AOC will ensure the
promotion and advertisement of the convention and
associated sponsors locally and
internationally including:
o
Three advertisements placed
in the Journal of Electronic Defence (JED), the
official periodical of the AOC, with naming and
prominent display of the
Platinum Sponsor's logo
o
Three advertisements placed
in the Australian Defence Magazine (ADM), the
official publication of the Symposium, including
naming and prominent display
of the Platinum Sponsor's logo
·
The AOC will facilitate the
running of a workshop after the convention themed
“Evaluating Industry Opportunities
and the future for EW growth in SA”.
Finally, the AOC will ensure the convention keynote speaker is world recognised
and will speak to a theme of “Indigenous EW” with a thread of T&E. The Sponsor
will consider assistance for any travel and accommodation costs if requested by
AOC.
Gold Sponsorship (Fully
Subscribed)
A$6,000
There
are three gold sponsorship packages available.
Each includes:

Sponsorship of one of two
Policy Sessions or the Symposium Dinner on Monday 26 May, which would
provide:
·
The company
name and logo being projected at the start and finish of the
Policy Session, or
·
Signage provided by the
company being displayed at the Symposium Dinner
·
The company name being
associated with the Policy Session/Dinner in the
programme
·
Priority choice of
exhibition space
·
The company name and logo
on the Symposium satchel, in an equally prominent position below any Platinum
sponsor's name logo
·
Prominent position for the
company name and logo on material, plus recognition as a ‘Gold Sponsor’
·
Company name and logo on
Symposium web site, with link to company home page [within one month of full
payment of sponsorship]

Name Badge Sponsorship
A$5,500
There
is one opportunity available to sponsor the Symposium name badges.
It includes:

Company logo inserted on
the name badge next to the Association logo.

material (provided by company) will be inserted into the satchel

Symposium web site, with link to company home page [within one month of full

Silver Sponsorship
A$3,500
There
are four silver sponsorship packages available.
Each includes:

Sponsorship of a Technical
Session, which would provide:

The company name and logo
being projected at the start and finish of the Session
·
The company name being
associated with the Technical Session in the program
·
The company name and logo
on the Symposium satchel
·
A prominent position for
the company name and logo on material, plus recognition as a ‘Silver Sponsor’
·
Company name and logo on
Symposium web site, with link to company home page [within one month of full
payment of sponsorship]

Cocktail Reception
Sponsorship

This
sponsorship includes:

the reception by a company representative.
